How does it works ?
Once your subscription is complete, you receive an email within minutes with instructions to connect to your Cloud-Kuma instance.
Do I need to install anything specific on my servers ?
No, you don’t. Simply follow a few steps to add a target to monitor and enjoy the solution. You’ll probably need to whitelist the Cloud-Kuma’s IP if you use such filters.
Is it possible to filter incoming traffic to my instance ?
Yes, it is on dedicated instances. For datastore offers which are shared, dynamic firewall filtering rules cannot be created due to the ISP’s dynamic IP policies. If you need to filter traffic, we recommend choosing a Dedicated instance, which allows you to filter any trafic you want.
Can I upgrade my plan ?
Of course, tell us when you need to migrate from shared instance to a dedicated (or the reverse) and we’ll do the necessary to match your needs.
Is it possible to switch from free trial to paid plan without losing data ?
Of course, that’s why the 7-day trial period is such a good place to start, as it allows you to test the solution while being sure of being able to continue with the same data at the end.
